A Neutrosophic Fuzzy Optimisation Model for Optimal Sustainable Closed-Loop Supply Chain Network during COVID-19

In this paper, a sustainable closed-loop supply chain problem is modelled in conditions of uncertainty. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, designed network seeks deliver medical equipment hospitals on time within defined window prevent overcrowding and virus transmission. order achieve suitable model for designing network, important decisions such as locating potential facilities, optimal flow allocation, vehicle routing have been made congestion vehicles transmission virus. Since amount demand unknown, fuzzy programming method used control uncertain demand, an efficient solution decision-making problem, neutrosophic used. The results show that selected (the method) led reduction traffic by meeting different windows. way, both costs reduced has transferred with social distancing.
